Service Center
The Service Center manages the administration of courses and course participants. It keeps track of registrations and course payments, and creates and stores attendance lists and course certificates. This means that the Service Center is your primary point of contact for any inquiries about course organization (in room 023). Please be aware of the hours.

On 19 November, the Service Center will be closed from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.

Note: All times are Central European.
How do I get my course certificate?
- Between February 10 and February 28, 2025, please book a time slot in the ILIAS group "BUCHUNGEN ZERTIFIKATE" to pick up your certificate in person. (Please don't book a time slot before you have been notified by your teacher that the certificates are ready to be picked up.)
- The Service Center will be closed from August 4 to 29.
- From September 1, 2025, you can collect your certificate without an appointment during the opening hours of the Service Center.
- Alternatively, you may send us a stamped envelope or a mobile postage stamp (please note letter size) to receive a certificate by post.
- You may also ask us for a scanned copy of your certificate via email.
