Changing Learning Agreement
If courses are full, the workload is too high, or the course's content was not what you expected, you can still drop courses until the registration period for the examinations is over. Deregister from the course and from the examination on Marvin. If you are an exchange student associated with the Erasmus+ program, you have to change your learning agreement so that it reflects your final course choices.
Until the registration period for the examinations is over, you can still update your learning agreement by adding or deleting courses on Mobility Online. The changes you make result in an updated document, which is called Learning Agreement during. It facilitates the process, if you only do this once, as your departmental coordinators have to sign each change that you enter. All modules/ courses that are on the Learning Agreement during will be on your final transcript of records, whether you pass or complete a module/ course or not. On the other hand, you will not get any credit for any module/ course that is not on the Learning Agreement during, whether you passed the examinations or not. If you have problems with changing your learning agreement and you are enrolled in the English department, send your departmental coordinators a mail.
