Registration

We are happy to announce that the registration is now open.

Early bird deadline: March 25th 2026.
Abstract submission until March 25th 2026.
Registration open until April 15th 2026 or until fully booked.

In order to register, you must first create a user account and then register for participation in the next step.

The period for early bird prices has been extended until March 25th 2026. There are special rates for members of the GfÖ. Note that for students, it is cheaper to become a GfÖ member and pay a reduced conference fee than to pay a standard conference fee. So, if you are not a GfÖ member yet, here is the link to change that and benefit from the advantages:

Conference fees include catering during coffee breaks, lunch on May 7th and 8th, the conference dinner on May 8th, and the icebreaker event on May 6th evening. Participation in the excursion is optional and subject to an additional fee.

Please note that the number of participants is limited and registration will close when the conference is fully booked.
