Registration

We are happy to announce that the registration is now open until April 15th 2026. Follow this link to our registration website:

In order to register, you must first create a user account and then register for participation in the next step.

Early bird prices are available until March 15th 2026, and there are special rates for members of the GfÖ. Note that for students, it is cheaper to become a GfÖ member and pay a reduced conference fee than to pay a standard conference fee. So, if you are not a GfÖ member yet, here is the link to change that and benefit from the advantages:

Conference fees include catering during coffee breaks, lunch on May 7th and 8th, the conference dinner on May 8th, and the icebreaker event on May 6th evening. Participation in the excursion is optional and subject to an additional fee.

Please note that the number of participants is limited and registration will close when the conference is fully booked.
