How do I get support?

For quick assistance and technical issues, support is provided through the app provider UniNow. In the Uni Marburg-App, there are several ways to open the support chat.

How can I subscribe news feed channels?

There is an overview of all channels. Click „I follow“ then you can subsribe for a channel, click "unfollow" in order to unsubsribe.
Is my data save in the Uni Marburg-App?

Your data is secure, and no one except you can access it. UniNow is TÜV-certified for data security and software quality. In addition, the application has been reviewed for data protection compliance by our data protection officer. How do I set up the email client in the app?

Use the following data:
1. Your full name.
2. Benutzername@students.uni-marburg.de, no alias-email-adresses.
3. Your password.
How do I integrate my Marvin-Schedule into the calender of the app?
