The courses for German as a Foreign Language offered by the Language Centre are open to all members of the Philipps-Universität. They include semester courses at the A1-C1 level and two intensive courses.

Classes preparing for language exams that are needed for the application at a German university, like Testdaf or DSH, are NOT offered by the Language Center. If you are interested in the DSH exam, please contact the Studienkolleg Mittelhessen.

• Independent User Level B2 (Placement score: 66-76)
• Independent User Level B2.2 (Placement score: 76-86)
• Independent to Proficient User Level B2-C1 (Placement score: 82-90)
• German for Academic Purposes B2-C1 (Placement score: 82-90)
• Proficient User Level C1 (Placement score: 86-100)
