International networks and visibility are important factors for the career prospects of doctoral candidates. Since 2015, Philipps-Universität is supporting doctoral candidates through the program "Marburg International Doctorate" to do research abroad and present their findings at international conferences. The workshop will introduce doctoral candidates to the program, its significance and interim results. It will present further perspectives of the program and explain how young researchers can profit from it.
