In this workshop, you will be supported and guided in the conceptualization of a collaborative/cooperative and possibly interdisciplinary conference format based on your individual research topic. The focus is on the conceptual phase, starting with the generation of ideas, the formulation of a content-related, and communicative-social objective for the conference and its translation into an appropriate conference format and concept. These concepts can be applied regardless of whether it is for an analogue conference in face-to-face format, a digital conference with its diverse possibilities for using online tools or a conference using blended learning approaches that harness the best practices from both worlds.
This is followed by considerations for operational implementation. Primarily operational questions (e. g. "Where can I apply for funding?", "How can I organize a room?") remain in the background, but will be considered depending on the needs of the target group. The participants receive checklists to assist with these operational questions during the workshop.
