Your tasks

Discuss your course selection in advance with the relevant departmental coordinator.
Create your digital Learning Agreement before you arrive in Marburg. Enter all the courses you wish to take at Philipps University of Marburg (faculties and the Language Centre).
Create and submit your digital Learning Agreement via your home university’s system.
Inhalt ausklappen Inhalt einklappen 2. During the semester - Amending the digital Learning Agreement
Once the semester has started, check that your digital Learning Agreement is up to date.
If you wish to change any courses, create digital ‘Changes’ and submit them within 4 weeks of the start of the semester.
Your Transcript of Records will be issued on the basis of your digital Learning Agreement or your ‘Changes’.

Please ask your lecturer to pass on details of your attendance and your mark to the relevant departmental coordinator.
If you are taking a language course at the Language Centre, send your certificate directly to the relevant departmental coordinator.
Our tasks

Your departmental coordinator will receive your grades directly from the lecturer and will enter them into Mobility Online.

The International Office will review the entered data and create the Transcript of Records. This transcript will be sent to your home university in electronic format. You will also receive a soft copy by e-mail.
If you absolutely need your transcript before this deadline, please send us an informal confirmation from your university to transcript@verwaltung.uni-marburg.de. We will make every effort to issue your transcript early.
If you are unable to submit a digital Learning Agreement:
- Create a list of courses in Mobility Online instead.
- Make sure that your list of courses only includes courses you have actually attended.
- Please let us know as soon as possible if you are unable to submit a digital Learning Agreement, so that we can take the next steps.
Important for Erasmus+ students on a two-semester stay:
- If you are staying in Marburg for the winter and summer semesters, you should register for your courses but do not submit your registration as yet.
- You must submit your registration at the end of the summer semester.

The same exchange programme in both semesters (winter semester + summer semester)
- Do not create a new digital Learning Agreement for the second semester.
- Add new courses via ‘LA Changes’ in your home university’s system. Enter your courses for both semesters.
- Do not submit your course choices as final after the first semester. Final submission is only required at the end of the summer semester.
- You will receive a Transcript of Records at the end of your stay.
Exception: Two academic years (summer semester + winter semester)
- Create a new digital Learning Agreement in Mobility Online for each application.
- You will receive two Transcripts of Records: one after each semester.
Different exchange programmes in the two semesters (e.g. 1st semester Erasmus+, 2nd semester Freemover)
- You will receive two Transcripts of Records: one after the first semester and one after the second semester.
- Please note: If you change programmes, the rules of the respective programme apply.
