Do I need to obtain a Transcript of Records?

As a MO:VE or VEEP  student, you only need a Transcript of Records if your home university requires one. Please check with them.

Important:

  • If your home university does not require a Transcript of Records, it is up to you to decide whether you would like to obtain one.
  • If you decide against obtaining a Transcript of Records, you will not be able to apply for one at a later date.

Do you need or would you like to obtain a Transcript of Records? You will find further information at the bottom of this page.

Your tasks

  • 1. Before courses start - Course registration list in Mobility Online

At the start of the semester, create your course registration list in Mobility Online. You can find further information in the ‘Step-by-step guide’ section.

Use your personal Mobility Online account. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it.

Enter all the courses you wish to take, including the German courses. You can find an overview of the courses here.

Important: You can simply fill in the fields for the module number and module title from your home university with ‘x’, ‘0’ or ‘-’.

  • 2. During the semester - Updating and submitting your course list

Your course list should only include courses you are actually attending. If you drop a course or do not enrol in one, update your course list in Mobility Online accordingly.

Submit your course list by the deadline: summer term: by 31 May and winter term: by 30 November

Log in to Mobility Online and click on ‘Submit courses (Transcript of Records) definitively’ and then ‘I hereby confirm that I have fully completed all courses for my transcript …’

Once you have submitted your list definitively, no further changes can be made, nor can any courses be added or deleted.

  • 3. At the end of courses - mark

Please ask your lecturer to pass on details of your attendance and your mark to the relevant departmental coordinator.

If you are taking a language course at the Language Centre, send your certificate directly to the relevant departmental coordinator.
