Learning Agreement and Course List
Learning Agreement
Students who are part of an Erasmus+ exchange have to submit a learning agreement. This is a contract between your home university and the Philipps-University of Marburg about the modules you will take and the ECTS points you will gain. Usually, you submit a Learning Agreement before, which can then be updated with a form called Learning Agreement during. Most universities do this process completely online (EWP) using the website Mobility Online.
The Learning Agreement should reflect the modules that you registered for on Marvin and can include other courses you are taking (e.g., from the language center). This document has to be filled out by you and then signed by you and your home university and finally by the appropriate departmental coordinator of the Philipps-Universität Marburg. You need to include the following information in your learning agreement: module/ course number, module/ course title, instructor(s), and ECTS points.

Course List
Other international students have complete a course list which is a document showing the modules that you want to take at the Philipps-University Marburg. This course list is also sometimes referred to by its German name 'Belegliste'. It can be changed until approximately five weeks into the semester. After that, the courses that are listed on the course list will be part of your transcript of records, and are the only courses that you will get credit for. You need to include the following information in your course list: course number, course title, instructor, and ECTS points.
