When doing research in the natural and life sciences, the results of your work may come in many shapes. Often, your results will emerge from experiments or simulations. If you are working on a theoretical topic, you probably produce mathematical derivations and calculations. In all these cases, you still need to write the text that describes and explains your results. Of course, all other sections of your paper or thesis need to be written, too.
If you feel like writing is harder for you than it should be, or if you just want to optimize your writing routines, this workshop is for you – no matter whether you are writing in German or English.
When it comes to writing, there is not “one” perfect method. Instead, writing strategies can be just as diverse as the people who do the writing. In this workshop, you will get to know various methods – with and without AI tools. To find out what suits you best, you will take the methods of your choice for a test drive.

Further information about this event and online registration can be found on the course page of the ILIAS learning platform.

You can register for this course via ILIAS starting May 4, 2026.
