Resilience and Education

We examine how regions, cities, and landscapes can be shaped to be resilient to ecological, social, and economic change. In doing so, we address resilience and awareness-raising, sustainable development and regional inequality, as well as sustainable energy and supply systems.

Our focus is on sustainability transformations in cities and regions and on fostering innovations that connect societal and ecological goals. A central component is knowledge transfer into the region – together with municipalities, civil society actors, and local networks, we develop pathways towards a sustainable future.
