Application Procedure for the Central User Account (Uni-Account)

Depending on the user group, there are different procedures to obtain a Central User Account:

For personal use:

Certificate course participants	Admission to certificate course
Employees of Philipps-University (regular employees and lecturers)	Civil servants and employees (State of Hessen, represented by the University), associate professors, honorary professors, private lecturers, lecturers (except Department of Medicine), student assistants (in exceptional cases)
Employees without contract (associate members)	habilitation candidates, PostDocs, doctoral students, visiting scientists, scholarship holders, interns, guests without contract
Employees of associated institutions	e.g. employees of associated institutes, see list of affiliated institutions.
External employees	e.g. companies, contractors, cooperation partners, employees of other universities
External lecturers at the Department of Medicine	external professors (apl. Prof.), private lecturers, general practitioners, teaching hospitals, other lecturers
Guest accounts for conferences, events, etc.	initially non-personal (allocation by organizer)
Guests	e.g. personal participation in ILIAS courses, in courses of the Studienkolleg Mittelhessen, pupils in “trial studies”, students of the Archivschule Marburg, guest house residents, student dormitory residents
