11.09.2025 Completion Scholarships for Doctoral Students announced
The doctoral completion scholarships are intended to support particularly qualified doctoral candidates in completing their qualification work if no other funding is available.
The start of the scholarship period depends on the personal schedule. However, funding is possible from January 1, 2026 at the earliest. The scholarships are awarded for a maximum of six months and must be started by December 1, 2026 at the latest. The dissertation must be submitted by the end of the funding period; funding after submission is not possible.
Doctoral candidates in medicine who are pursuing the Dr. med. and Dr. dent. degrees are not eligible to apply for this funding.
Philipps-Universität Marburg's doctoral completion scholarships are open for applications until November 17, 2025.
