The collection and processing of your data is necessary to use the Job Alert subscription service. You are under no statutory or contractual obligation to provide us with your data.

Your email address and, where provided voluntarily, additional information such as your first name, surname, title and an individual search title.

We use applicant management software provided by BITE GmbH for our online application portal.

The data you enter when subscribing to Job Alerts is stored on our behalf by BITE GmbH on servers located in Germany and fully under the control of BITE GmbH.
We and BITE GmbH, acting on our behalf, implement all necessary technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against loss and misuse. For this purpose, we have concluded a Data Processing Agreement with BITE GmbH.
6. Recipients or Categories of Recipients / Third Parties
As part of the processing activities, your personal data is only disclosed to BITE GmbH, the company responsible for providing and operating the applicant management software.
7. Data Retention Period
We store your personal data from the time you subscribe to the Job Alert service and delete it as soon as you unsubscribe or withdraw your consent to the processing of your data.
You can unsubscribe by clicking the corresponding button in the notification emails sent to you as part of the Job Alert service.
8. Your Rights as a Data Subject
As a data subject, you generally have the right to access, rectify or erase your personal data processed in connection with the use of the Job Alert service.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (poststelle@datenschutz.hessen.de).
If the collection or processing of your personal data is based on your consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future. The lawfulness of processing carried out prior to the withdrawal of your consent shall remain unaffected.
