Student Advisory Service

The Examination Office of the Department of Social Sciences and Philosophy is the competent authority for any matters involving examinations in the master degree programs. The Central Student Advisory Office (Zentrale Allgemeine Studienberatung, ZAS) of the University of Marburg offers general academic advisory services. One week before classes start in the winter semester, the Center for Conflict Studies organizes a student orientation week, working in conjunction with the student representatives (Fachschaft).

Subject-specific advisory services are offered to bachelor and master students, as well as persons expressing an interest in academic studies:
