Canterbury is a university town with around 55,200 inhabitants. The city belongs to the county of Kent in the south-east England.

The University of Kent was founded in 1965 and has around 20,000 students. The university is has a very strong international profile with experienced in accomodating international exchange students.

Important!

 Students will be nominated at the School of Economics, partner faculty according to agreement, and will be able to choose courses from this faculty (Economics, Methods and Finance) only. On case-by case and goodwill basis Business Administration students with very good academic records can be admitted to the Kent Business School (KBS) or to selected KBS courses, subject to the approval of the KBS.

Exams are held in Summer Term only. Students can study one year (Autum, Spring and Summer Term) or one term, Spring and Summer Term, in Kent. An exchange during the Autum Term, only, is not recommended.
