April 2011 Marc Steffen Rapp is Professor of Business
Administration and head of the Institute of Management Accounting at
Philipps-Universität Marburg.
Prior to joining Philipps-Universität he was teaching and researching at the Technische Universität München (TUM) and at Leipzig Graduate School of Management (HHL) and was a visiting researcher at London Business School as well as Copenhagen Business School. He taught courses on corporate finance, risk management, banking, international finance, entrepreneurial finance, corporate governance, incentives and executive compensation in graduate and executive programs in Munich, Leipzig, Fribourg (Switzerland), Zug (Switzerland) and Singapore.
Marc Steffen Rapp is an affiliated researcher at the Center for Corporate Governance at Copenhagen Business School and serves as a scientific director at the Center for Corporate Governance at HHL. Further, Marc Steffen Rapp was involved in several consulting projects ranging from projects with large financial institutions or leading management consulting firms to court opinions.
