Publicity for Your Research!
Discover the Power of Science Communication!
With concise texts, meaningful images and captivating presentations, you can bring your research to the attention of the public and fascinate your audience. Through effective publicity campaigns, you create links between science and society that benefit both sides.
Science communication opens up new perspectives, promotes transparent dialog and enables open-ended debates. A clear and comprehensible presentation of your topics additionally facilitates interdisciplinary cooperation. Excellent science communication is also a key to the success of applications for third-party funding.
Outstanding achievements in the field of science communication are not only recognized, but also awarded prestigious prizes such as the "Communicator Prize" and the "Klaus Tschira Prize for Comprehensible Science".
Take advantage of our "Science Communication" program to train yourself to present your research effectively and inspire a broad public!
Science Communication at MARA
In the MARA training program, you will learn how to communicate your research topic beyond your specialist community in a meaningful way. To this purpose, we offer various workshops, which you can find in our calendar of events.
The individual workshops of the program can be attended independently of one another and without previous knowledge. For the attendance of at least three workshops, it is possible to issue a collective certificate on request.
Additionally, MARA offers the opportunity to receive individual coaching in matters of science communication.
