Teaching Evaluation - Student feedback

*******************************************************************************************
CURRENT NOTICE regarding the course evaluation in the 2025 summer semester:

Our new evaluation software is now fully available with the integrated portal (a user guide can be found here).

You can now use the following functions independently:

  • Register evaluations,
  • select one of the five standard questionnaires (FEVOR, FESEM, FEUEB, FEPRA, FESPR),
  • add our optional digital and/or AI module (attach to the standard questionnaire),
  • subsequently change the values entered during registration
  • and retrieve your own results.

When registering your evaluations, please ensure that the information you provide is complete, as we need it to compile aggregated (re)accreditation reports. If the information is incomplete, we will be forced to make inquiries, which can take up a considerable amount of our time.

The software will then send you the link and a QR code by email four days before the evaluation begins. If there are less than four days left before the evaluation begins at the time of registration, you will receive the email immediately after creating the evaluation. At the end of the time period set in your application, the software will automatically send you the results.

old standard report (evasys)

The Teaching Evaluation Unit provides instructors with a standardized procedure for evaluating your courses.

Course evaluation is a feedback tool used in quality assurance. It provides instructors with personal feedback on how well their course has been received.

Furthermore, discussing the evaluation results with students is intended to initiate a dialogue about mutual expectations in order to jointly identify any weaknesses in the course and remedy them if necessary. In addition to the personal results for the teaching staff, aggregated and anonymous reports are compiled at departmental and university level in order to meet accreditation requirements.

The evaluation is voluntary. Data is collected by the teaching staff, and the Teaching Evaluation Unit is responsible for evaluating the data and preparing reports.
