Standardized online questionnaires
The questionnaires are currently being integrated into the new evaluation software Zensus and are therefore changing their layout. The PDF files that can be downloaded here are still in the old evasys format/layout.

Please note: These samples are for illustrative purposes only and cannot be evaluated in this form!
The online versions of our questionnaires, which have been available since the summer semester 2021 and have been optimized in terms of filter guidance, language selection and layout, can be supplemented by a block of optional questions on digital teaching. These optional modules are presented in the online evaluation after the main questionnaire.
