New study on code acceptance released
- In February 2002 the Government Commission appointed by the German Justice Minister presented the first version of the German Corporate Governance Code (GCGC). Ten years later Prof. Rapp and his co-authors examine the acceptance level of the current version of the GCGC within DAX and MDAX firms in their new code acceptance study
