Exciting guest lecture with CFO of Invia Group Germany

Dear students,
in the course of the BSc. lecture "Controlling mit Kennzahlen", we (MARG) are happy to welcome Dr. Tobias Walther-Merkwitz, CFO of Invia Group Germany, as a guest lecturer. Dr. Walther-Merkwitz will provide insights on company valuation in emergency situations, using the example of the former Unister GmbH, and demonstrate which valuation procedures could be applied in the event of the insolvency of a company in general, and in particular what challenges in the e-commerce business are to be managed.
