On January 14th the exciting guest lecture on the topic "Rethinking Capital Allocation for the New Normal" took place in the course of the MSc. lecture "Advanced Management Accounting I" of MARG.

Dr. Phillip Schaller, senior manager at Porsche Consulting, has discussed multiple challenges companies face today, designing their capital budget process.
