Lecture - International Corporate Governance (Summer 2026)

During the summer term 2026, we will hold the lecture "International Corporate Governance" (Module Advanced Management Accounting II).

Objectives:

This course dives into various topics of corporate governance in an international context. Specifically, various themes such as governance structures, incentives, ownership structures, and sustainability topics will be considered.
