Erasmus office hours

During the office hours, it is possible…

  • to discuss applications.
  • to ask questions about Erasmus exchanges with Great Britain, Ireland, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Norway and Turkey (and, to a certain extent, also about other programmes).  
  • to discuss problems with Learning Agreements and schedules.

Documents that need a signature (Learning Agreement, Belegliste) can be sent to us via mail or e-mail. Please mind the following:

  • The documents that you send to us via e-mail need to be signed beforehand (don't forget the date).
  • Documents need to be printed and scanned in DIN A4 (don't minimize them).
  • The scan quality needs to be sufficient.
