  Für die Anmeldung zur Masterarbeit gibt es derzeit keine festen Meldetermine.

• Inhalt ausklappen Inhalt einklappen What requirements must I meet to register for the Master’s thesis?

  To register for the Master’s thesis, you must have successfully completed modules totaling 60 ECTS credits, including all mandatory modules from the introductory and core areas.

• Inhalt ausklappen Inhalt einklappen Can I register for the Master’s thesis from abroad?

  In principle, it is possible to register for the Master’s thesis from abroad. Please try to arrange as much as possible before your stay abroad, i.e., have all necessary documents signed in advance if needed. Even from abroad, all registration documents must be submitted in full.

  If you wish to change the topic of your Master’s thesis after approval, you must submit an official request to the Examination Committee and obtain the consent of your primary supervisor.

  The Master’s thesis should have a length of 150,000–160,000 characters, including spaces and footnotes (approximately 55–60 pages).

• Inhalt ausklappen Inhalt einklappen When and why do I have to or may I deregister (exmatriculate)?

  You can deregister (exmatriculate) by application as soon as you have completed your final examination. However, it is recommended to remain enrolled until your degree certificate has been issued.
