The Teddy clinic
Is an association founded by medical students aiming to teach children about doctor’s visits, illness, and healthy lifestyles in a fun way.
Students of medicine, dentistry and pharmacy are involved in the Teddy clinic.
How can I get involved?
- As a Teddy Bear intern or Teddy Bear doctor: You can register a few weeks before the Teddy clinic.
- As a part or the organization team: New members are always welcome; just drop us an e-mail.
What is done at the Teddy clinic?
- History: What happened?
- Diagnostics: X-ray, ultrasound, labs
- Treatment: Adhesive and nonadhesive bandages, casts and sometimes even surgery
- Medication is available at the pharmacy
- Visit to the dentist
