F|Campus Firmanei: Buildings and their users
The Campus Firmanei is one of the university's largest sites in the city center. Here you will find buildings from more than half of the university’s 16 departments. The Department of Geography, located adjacent to the St. Elisabeth Church in buildings that in former times belonged to the Teutonic Order, and the Center for Near and Middle Eastern Studies (CNMS) in the former children's clinic at the Firmaneiplatz are also part of the Campus Firmanei. The new main library between Deutschhausstraße and the Botanical Garden is one of the university’s largest newly constructed buildings of recent years.
